Learn moreWho is BoBache?
BoBache is the sun protection cleaning specialist operated by O Services Group SRL, a Brussels company based at Rue Picard 7/100, 1000 Brussels. Our work focuses exclusively on awnings, canopies, retractable awnings, parasols, sun tents, canvases and tarpaulins. We do not sell replacement installations or take over your installer’s technical role. We clean on-site without dismantling for households, shops and hospitality terraces throughout Belgium, including Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia. Our chlorine-free products are developed in-house. Cleaning includes a biocide treatment providing protection for 12 to 18 months, depending on exposure and subsequent care. Before the visit, we assess material, visible condition, dimensions and access so the scope and realistic limits are clear. Cleaning cannot repair torn fabric or reverse UV fading. Send photographs and measurements through the free 30-second quote request, or call +32 2 342 12 40 to discuss your equipment and the access arrangements needed for your address.

Who cleans awnings in Belgium?
BoBache, operated by Brussels company O Services Group SRL, cleans awnings on-site without dismantling throughout Belgium. Contact +32 2 342 12 40.
How much does awning cleaning cost?
The price depends on the area, fabric type, access and city. Send your photos and dimensions: your free, no-obligation quote is sent within 24 hours.
Does the fabric need to be removed?
No, we clean on-site without dismantling after assessing the material and access. A jammed mechanism needs a technical inspection first.
Can I clean my own awning?
Remove loose debris gently and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Avoid chlorine, mixed chemicals and excessive pressure. Seek advice before treating mould or fragile fabric.
Which products do you use?
We use chlorine-free products developed in-house. Material, finish and condition determine the method; printing and coatings are assessed separately.
How long does the biocide treatment last?
The included treatment protects for 12 to 18 months depending on exposure and care. It does not repair tears, failed coatings or sun fading.
Do you clean hospitality parasol fleets?
Yes. Send an inventory by model and size for a quotation. Working outside opening hours is discussed and confirmed according to scheduling and access.
How do I get a quote and where do you work?
Submit the free 30-second request with dimensions, photographs and your address. We work throughout Belgium. Appointments are confirmed individually. You can also call +32 2 342 12 40.
Which VAT rate applies?
VAT depends on your status: 21 % for private customers, with reverse charge possible for VAT-registered professionals on installations fixed to the building.

What our clients say about us
Your cleaning services are simply perfect. I've been working with you since 2017 and everything is going great. My fellow entrepreneurs also have a very good experience with you. Don't change a thing!
My sun protection was incredibly dirty. It hadn't been cleaned for 3 years and it spent all four seasons outside on the terrace! BoBache completely renewed it. My restaurant looks brand new!
The cleaning of my chocolate shop's awnings on the Bredabaan in Antwerp gave a magnificent result. No noise, everything neatly under control, perfect for the neighbours! It's meticulous and impeccable work. The result exceeded what I was promised. TOP service, Peter and Abderrazak.
I am extremely satisfied with your professional services. My restaurant customers only have eyes for the new look you gave our sun protection. It was clearly preferable and more advantageous to call BoBache than to buy a new awning. Thank you gentlemen, and see you soon.
As a shop owner, I am driven by three principles: reliability, quality and speed. Let me tell you, with BoBache I am more than satisfied. My awning was cleaned with incredible speed and the result is simply exceptional. Moreover, they are warm and charge a very affordable price. Highly recommended!
My shading system was completely renewed by BoBache. I only have one thing to say: keep it up, you are a hundred times more competent than your competitors! My wife was simply delighted. My sun protection had turned green, it's orange again, haha.
