Restaurant canopy cleaning in Brussels – Before / After

This Brussels restaurant contacted us because their canopy, installed 5 years ago, had turned completely green due to moss and algae. The establishment's image was visibly suffering.

The diagnosis

During our inspection, we identified significant contamination by algae and fungi. The acrylic canvas was still in good structural condition despite its degraded appearance.

Our intervention

We proceeded in three steps:

• Pre-soaking with a biocide detergent adapted to acrylic canvas
• Cleaning both sides of the canopy with low-pressure jet
• Thorough rinsing with clean water followed by natural drying

The result

The canopy regained its original colours within hours. The restaurateur was impressed by the transformation.
